We believe in transparent, privacy-first gaming. We collect only what is strictly required to secure your account, protect your balance, and keep the platform safe.
WE DO NOT STORE YOUR SENSITIVE PRIVATE DATA
Your privacy and safety are paramount. We do not store your banking cards, financial account numbers, or personal identity documents on our servers. When you authenticate using Google Sign-In, we verify an encrypted cryptographic token — we never receive, store, or have access to your Google account password, private contacts, or personal files.

Participation on Plixwin involves digital transactions and real financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you choose to deposit or allocate. Every user participates voluntarily and entirely at their own discretion and risk. Plixwin and its management hold zero responsibility or liability for any monetary losses incurred during platform use.
No Payment Card Storage
Card numbers, CVVs, and banking details are processed through encrypted external payment gateways. We never store card details on our servers.
No Google Passwords
Google OAuth provides an isolated token verification handshake. We cannot see your password, personal files, or private emails.
Zero KYC Hoarding
We do not collect, archive, or hold your national ID cards, passports, or private identity paperwork for standard gameplay access.
No Data Selling
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your email address or account records to third-party advertising brokers or data scrapers.
1 Strict Age Limitation (18+ Requirement)
Plixwin is restricted exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage use.
We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or store information from minors. Any profile discovered to have been registered by an individual under 18 years old will be suspended immediately and all associated session records permanently erased.
2 Minimal Data We Collect & Maintain
To provide account functionality, maintain accurate balances, and defend against fraudulent attacks, we retain only the bare essentials:
- Account Credentials: Your chosen player username and your verified email address for account restoration.
- Security Audit Telemetry (IP & Timestamp): We log connection IP addresses, device user-agents, and login timestamps solely to detect unauthorized logins, prevent multi-accounting fraud, and defend against automated attacks.
- Wallet & Balance Ledger: An internal accounting record of your current balance, top-up logs, and gameplay round outcomes.
3 Google Single Sign-On (SSO) Architecture
When you choose to authenticate via Google Sign-In, our system interacts exclusively with Google's official Identity Services API in full compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy:
- Google delivers a secure, signed JWT token verifying your email address and public display name.
- Your Google password is never requested, transmitted, or visible to Plixwin at any point.
- We do not request sensitive or restricted scopes. We only request non-sensitive identity scopes (
openid,email,profile).
4 Financial Discretion & Zero Platform Liability
All activities, digital titles, and transactions on Plixwin are conducted strictly for adult recreational entertainment. We do not provide financial guarantees, earnings assurances, or investment returns.
Legal Disclaimer: Any loss of deposited or allocated funds is solely the user's personal responsibility. Under no circumstances will Plixwin, its operators, or technical infrastructure partners be held legally liable, accountable, or obligated to reimburse any losses sustained during user participation.
5 Account Deletion & Right to Erasure
Every player has the right to delete their profile and personal records at any time. Upon receiving and verifying your request, our technical staff will permanently purge your username, email, and authentication credentials from our live databases.
