Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using Plixwin. By registering, logging in, or participating in any platform activity, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

Participation on Plixwin involves real digital transactions and financial exposure. When you allocate funds and participate in any game, round, or activity, you risk losing some or all of the money you spend. You play entirely at your own voluntary choice, discretion, and risk. Plixwin does not guarantee any profits or returns, and holds zero liability for any loss of funds.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in (including through Google Sign-In), or using any service provided by Plixwin, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2 Age Requirement (Strictly 18+)
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age of majority in your applicable jurisdiction, to access or participate on Plixwin. We strictly prohibit minors from using this platform.
Any account found to belong to an underage person will be terminated immediately upon detection, and any remaining balance will be forfeited permanently.
3 Assumption of Risk & Zero Platform Liability
Before adding funds or engaging in gameplay, you understand and acknowledge that:
- Voluntary Engagement: All deposits, allocations, and gameplay decisions are made voluntarily by you.
- Possibility of Total Loss: You can lose any or all of the money you deposit. Treat all platform spending purely as recreational entertainment expenses.
- Zero Platform Liability: Under no circumstances will Plixwin, its management, founders, technical staff, or partners be liable for any financial losses, deficits, or damages incurred on the platform.
- Finality of Results: All game round outcomes generated by certified algorithms and providers are final, irreversible, and non-refundable.
4 Independent Software Studios
All interactive titles and media feeds on Plixwin are provided by certified third-party software studios. Plixwin acts solely as a technological portal and platform aggregator. We do not alter, manipulate, or influence the automated mathematical results of certified game software.
5 Fair Play & Security Auditing
To ensure a safe environment, users agree never to:
- Use automated scraping bots, betting scripts, or unauthorized software tools.
- Exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended balance errors.
- Create duplicate or fake accounts to manipulate platform systems or promotions.
Violation of fair play guidelines results in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.
